Micheal J. (Mike) Anders is a senior executive in the human resources field with over thirty-five (35) years of experience. His broad base of experience has spanned five different industries -food service, food distribution, steel, electronics, and entertainment. Mike has held leadership positions with the following companies - Joe’s Crab Shack Holdings, Inc., Dobbs Houses (now Marriott), Continental Steel Company, Harris Corporation, McLane Company, and Houston-McLane Company.
In the food service industry, Mike was instrumental in identifying talent to meet current and future needs for general managers, kitchen managers, front managers, chefs, and regional directors.
Mike was an investor and Chief Operations Officer for Eclipse Distribution Services and Cap-Rock Winery in Texas.
Mike received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard Payne University and his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, in the prestigious Presidential/Key Executive Program.
As a leader in the Human Resource field, he has experience in all H.R. functions - recruitment, compensation/benefits, performance appraisal systems, labor relations, employee relations, training, job evaluations, and organizational development.
Mike has proven leadership accomplishments in talent assessment, organizational change, benefits reorganization, management training, employee education, productivity, risk management and business strategies. Mike addresses the Human Resource issues and objectives from an operations perspective.
