EXECUTIVE COACHING

We provide executive coaching services to senior managers and executives who have previously participated in our executive assessment processes. The purpose of executive assessment was to obtain information about performance limiting issues.

The purpose of executive coaching is to positively improve effectiveness of individuals by dealing in a positive manner with the issues identified during the executive assessment process.  Our consulting team utilizes information obtained during the executive assessment process to identify areas where performance can be improved.

Our intent is to work with individuals in a positive manner that encourages their participation and enthusiasm for the career building process. We work one-on-one with senior managers and executives to help resolve problems and issues that are limiting the performance of the individual as well as the management team.

Those issues are broad in scope and involve personality, motivation, training, management style, emotional intelligence and numerous other factors. The end result of the executive coaching process is to provide knowledge and motivation that senior managers and executives can use to develop and improve personal and team performance.
