TEAM BUILDING BENEFITS

The purpose of team building is to positively improve performance of the leadership team by dealing with company wide problems and issues identified during the executive assessment process.
UTILIZATION OF TEAM BUILDING
There are three reasons to use team building processes. The first is to use executive assessment results to help the leadership team understand each other, to fully understand the company problems and issues that need to be resolved and to understand how they can all work more effectively together. The second is to move the management team more rapidly towards the accomplishment of defined business outcomes. The third is to assist senior management in the identification of external talent that needs to be brought to the team.
