We provide volume staffing services which are used by our client companies to recruit mid-level managers where multiple requirements exist that are very similar. The purpose is to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of needs who can be contacted and hired on short notice.
IDENTIFICATION OF QUALIFIED CANDIDATES
To find this talent, we identify our client's top competitors and utilize a variety of methods to identify and evaluate candidates who are currently employed in those companies. For a typical assignment, we identify three to five qualified candidates for each anticipated hire.
EVALUATION OF QUALIFIED CANDIDATES
We next contact and interview a sufficient number of qualified candidates to present the required number of candidates based on the anticipated number of hires.
